With solid experience in resolving multinational cases, João represents major companies from diverse sectors such as energy, infrastructure, life sciences, healthcare, maritime transport, mining, technology, and sports. His work encompasses a variety of matters, including disputes in construction, corporate matters, commercial conflicts, civil liability, and torts, as well as administrative proceedings, pre-litigation advice, mediations, and dispute boards. João also possesses extensive experience in crisis management, representing clients in civil investigations, class actions, parliamentary commissions of inquiry (CPIs), and in the negotiation of Terms of Adjustment of Conduct (TACs)
