March 8, 1917. March 8, 2026.
More than a century ago, women shattered the silence that institutions had imposed upon them. Theirs was no symbolic gesture; it was a founding act, the unyielding assertion of the right to participate, to decide, and to transform. From that fierce and irreversible determination emerged the very achievements upon which democratic societies and the rule of law now stand.
This statement is not a ceremonial tribute. It is an institutional reckoning. A reckoning with the courage of every woman who, confronted with refusal, answered with unbroken resolve. Of every professional who forged adversity into competence, resistance into strategy, and obstruction into leadership. A recognition of those who carved paths where none existed and, against every expectation, set standards of excellence that now define the measure for all who follow.
To the women of COSRO, partners, associates, interns, managers, and analysts, and to every woman who forms part of our broader network and has accompanied our trajectory: our commitment to equity is concrete, structural, and embedded in the firm's organizational culture. We work continuously to ensure that this commitment is reflected in our internal governance practices, in the institutional decisions we adopt, and in the projects we undertake. Within the firm and beyond it, our work carries the responsibility of contributing to the building of a more just society and to the strengthening of professional environments that are genuinely equitable.
We do not waver. We do not relent. We press forward.
