Eugénie developed her expertise in international arbitration at a renowned international firm in Paris, later consolidating her practice in São Paulo. She participates in international arbitrations governed by the rules of the ICC, ICSID, UNCITRAL, and LCIA, working in English, Portuguese, Spanish, and French. Her practice spans regions such as South America, the Caribbean, Europe, the Middle East, and the United States. Eugénie is fluent in several languages, which facilitates interaction in cases involving people from different backgrounds. She also excels in hearings.

Eugénie has a solid arbitration practice, with an emphasis on multijurisdictional disputes, both commercial and investment, serving clients in the public and private sectors. She has represented States, state-owned entities, and private companies in complex, high-stakes arbitrations, with a focus on the energy, infrastructure and construction, life sciences and healthcare, and mining sectors. Her work encompasses significant cases involving commercial disputes and civil liability, corporate disputes, as well as administrative proceedings, pre-litigation matters, mediations, and dispute boards.

Eugénie excels in hearings, particularly in cross-examination during arbitral proceedings, and frequently shares her knowledge through lectures and publications on international arbitration.
